Quinoa with basil tofu and tomatoes

I've learned this recipe from my classmate: a healthy, cheap, super easy & yummy recipe that's really filling! The basil tofu from my bio/organic/geen supermarket is amazing! This recipe tastes better with cherry tomatoes, so try it out!

Ingredients: 
- 3/4 rice bowl of organic quinoa 
- 1 pack of organic tofu (the one I use comes in different flavours such as basil, olive, mango&curry)
- 1 cup of (cherry) tomatoes
